Precision and accuracy are the cornerstones in designing a wide range of colors by our experienced technical team. Their expertise, when coupled with our modern and sophisticated technical software, creates unparalleled results. We also have a pilot plant with complete compounding facilities for various base polymers (PE, PP, PS, ABS, SAN, PET, PBT, PMMA, PA, PC, Soft PVC) that is situated in the technical laboratory. It is used to produce small quantities of our newly developed and already-existing masterbatch for submission to customers in the shortest possible time. Our pilot plant houses different types of plastic molding machines to replicate our customer’s application processes, like injection, blow and injection-stretch-blow, film and cast film, in order to more accurately review our products. In addition to this, we have spinneret machine for fiber applications.

Important data such as the application process, base resin, desired letdown ratio, chemical resistance and heat resistance specifications, light fastness conditions with the type of end product exposure, food grade approval requirements from the customers or any other specifications and requests should be discussed before proceeding with product development.

Color Measurement Overview

The apparent color of a substance is directly related to its spectral characteristics, which are specified by reflectance (or transmittance) as a function of wavelength. Our spectrophotometer measures the spectral characteristics of a material at each wavelength in the visible spectrum then sends this data to the computer through a cable, which allows us to complete spectral analysis, ensuring that the color of the substance remains consistent. Color consistency is guaranteed by our quality control department with the generation of our quality control reports from the spectrophotometer.
